Minimum stay and how rooms are let

The minimum stay is one month. Two of the house’s three private office rooms are let in one of two ways: as a lockable private office, or as a furnished bedroom with coworking included. Each room is let one way at a time, so ask us what's free for your dates.

Why co-living in Sea Point?

Sea Point sits between Lion's Head and the Atlantic and is one of Cape Town's most walkable neighbourhoods: the Prom and the ocean are 5 minutes away, with coffee shops, bakeries and lunch spots even closer. Your hot desk is just down the hall in our coworking space in Cape Town. Heading off for the winter afterwards? Leave your things in nomad storage.
