Month to month & lease terms
Month to month: R20,000 for Office 1 or 2, R24,000 for Office 3.
The 12-month lease is a 12-month contract, paid monthly at a fixed rate. Need to leave early? Tell us in writing 2 months ahead and repay the yearly discount you’ve had so far, and that’s all. When the year is up, sign on for another year or go month to month.
