# Photos, illustrations & credits

There are no stock photos on this site. Every image is either a real photo of the Howzit? house or an AI-styled visualisation of it, as the footer says: *"Some lifestyle images are AI-styled visualisations of the house."*

## Real photos of the house

These are unstaged photos of the house in Sea Point. They have been cropped (to tame the wide-angle look) and lightly colour-graded (a little brighter and warmer). Nothing has been added or removed.

For privacy, the site only ever says "Sea Point, Cape Town": no street address, house number, postal code, coordinates or listing links.

## AI-styled visualisations

These lifestyle scenes were generated to show how the house will feel once members move in. They are not photographs of real events or people, and their `alt` text starts with "AI-styled visualisation". Each one comes in two sizes, `-1280.jpg` and `-800.jpg`, served with `srcset`.
